It is disappointing that George Lucas stopped making Star Wars movies to go crazy on some childrens cartoon which is terrible. I know that many people weren't impressed by episodes 1, 2 and 3 but regardless I liked all of those movies and they were really good and entertaining. What is really sad is that they reviewed him and he said he mainly quit because of what critics said about his movies. Really? Since when do you care what critics say?!

I will not be going to see Phantom Menace in 3D when it comes out solely for the fact that I've already seen it. It is the same as the original Phantom Menace, the only difference is it's in 3D which in my personal opinion. 3D doesn't make a movie better unless it's one you've never seen before and even then it doesn't make it much better.

I might go see it but then again it was by far and away my favorite of the new trilogy. I'll pry just end up going to all of them when they come out for the hell of it though. I pry will not be happy just because of the changes in the original trilogy but in reality the only one that I get upset about is the ending of Return of the Jedi. Something about adding the planets from the new movies in the celebration grinds my gears. Also the spirit shouldn't be young Anakin.

I am NOT seeing it in 3D. All they're doing is cashing in on the 3D franchise which is stupid. "Star Wars" was not meant to be in 3D so it's totally unnecessary. I don't care if I sound like a hater when I say this but I hope it bombs at the box office. I really wish no one goes to see it but I know that's not going to happen. Are "Episodes I-III" worth seeing in the first place?  I don't think so especially after watching them on Blu-ray and seeing how much they suck. This really sucks.

Been a Star Wars fan since I was 7 in '77. I have to admit I was excited as I reverted to that same 7 year old in '99 when PM first came out and STAR WARS appeared across the title. Pretty much the rest of the movie went downhill from there. Until one of the best lightsaber fights with Maul and Obi Wan! In 3D we'll get to see Jar Jar's tongue coming straight at us! Yay? Yeah, I'll see it. It's the weakest one but it is STAR WARS!

Seeing Star Wars in 3D is like walking around the Louvre gallery with 3D glasses; it really doesn't add anything of substance to the movie. I remember I got vertigo watching those snow fliers were skimming over the surface of Hoth. And it wasn't even in 3D! Sure 3D gives you that "wow" effect but I find it takes a little away from the imagination. Just my 2 1/2 cents...
