I think it is fake for 2 reasons. The first is that if you play it frame by frame you can see the "dust cloud" start small grow in the next 2 frames start to move with the "wind" but then disappears instantaneously which is the give away Otherwise nicely done. The second was that when watching this over and over again, you can see the guy flinch just BEFORE the "dust cloud" appears., then he sets his camera gently down.

The human eye can't really judge the angle here. You have the angle of the bullet off the target, the angle it strikes the ground in front of him and the corresponding angle of deflection. Weird things happen with ricochets

2. The bullet angle is incorrect.

If you look closely at the angle of the ricochet the angle of the bullet from the rock pile to the puff of dust would place the bullet behind victim. It would have also struck the person in the left arm but the injury was to his right arm which is also fishy.
