@JosephCurteis it depends what genre. i agree its a phenominal metal amplifier, and the green channel is somewhat playable. but for rock and slash tone, it cant match the gain and its a lot thinner and muddier. i would just buy a jcm 800 or marshall jmp and have it with an extra gain mod or a slash #36 mod.
Vintage Modern that slash used these days. It's a great amp i know becus i have one. You can get any sound amlost becus you have Body And Detail. Slash sound with this amp is no problems.
