I loved Zombieland. And the fact that they didn't REALLY have a plan kept the whole idea that they are like us. I mean, I know we all 'dream' of some kind of a survival plan, but do we REALLY know what we are doing?

Anyway, I agree, Zombieland was better than Shaun of the Dead. But mainly for the budget. If SotD could do HALF the stuff in Zombieland... well, actually it would probably ruin the film, because it focused on dry humour... but still!

Dude, you're fucking mistaken. As soon as Emma Stone shows up and turns it into a predictable, derivative Rom-Com this movie hits the bricks. Shaun of the Dead was awesome from start to finish and even tackled the inevitable love story with equal sillyness. Zombieland is inferior in every way. The hyperbolic hype-o-meter propelled this movie to undeserved heights. Along with the awful fucking 'Hangover' series.

I watched Zombieland in the cinema, and I bought the DVD of it, it was money well spent.

Brain Dead (Dead Alive) is also a great zombie comedy. It's worth seeing for the lawnmower alone.
