and how effective is this tape job for a 2 degree tear in the mcl?
Awesome video! Can you show how you would tape the MCL and tape the patella back to the center? My patella leans towards my ACL from a MCL partial tear. Thanks!
@aznloc - Simply place a patellar y-strip on the knee first, and then go through the MCL taping procedure. If you look at some of my other videos, you can see patellar taping as well (one or two y-strips).
