In a similar sense, not all "Americans" are from the US as Canadians (and depending on who you are talking to) & Mexicans also occupy the continent. Though as an American, I understand we do not typically associate the term with other nationalities...

All I can say about when they were filing FMJ is that the basic training was recorded in the UK. When the Americans left they said "you can keep the obstacle course because its so bad ass". Within two days the course was in pieces due to the rigorous training programme of the Royal Marines.

"Made in America" is all I can say.

Still though, I loved the movie, watched it years ago and will now go and watch it again!
