I'm playing Vice City on PC now, is the camera meant to me stuck behind the guy. When I use the right analogue stick the camera rotates but he rotates with it. I often ending up strafing unintentionally. Is this normal? Cheers.

How could they possibly top GTA: III? It's impossible ... GTA: Vice City is released. It's arguable if Vice City is better than San Andreas; but everyone can agree Vice City has an unbeatable soundtrack. It was the introduction of motorcycles, helecopters, wide variety of weaponry, change of clothing, real estate investment, entering buildings. GTA: III was probably the most revolutionary game of the millenium, but Vice City makes me happy.
