The brother of my grandfather did NOT get permission to come in the USA because he did not meet the standards. He had to return to Poland. My grandparents learned English, instead of being handheld and catered to in Polish. They came in LEGALLY and had respect for their new country. They did not break in!

Ok so your grandparents came here legally. Do you know how many requirements there are to come here now?
