Now she reincarnated as Kagome.

I say Inuyasha and Kagome, and here's the reason why:

Kagome accepts Inuyasha for who and what he is. There's no doubt in my mind that Kikyo loved Inuyasha dearly. But she wanted to change him, which I feel is wrong. When you love someone, you love them for everything that they are. So, in my opinion, Kikyo loved Inuyasha, but not enough. Kagome on the other hand saw no flaw in Inuyaha being half-demon and married him without even suggesting that he change. Awesome vid by the way.

Ok, here it goes,

Inuyasha and Kikyo were in love looong before kagome was born. But Naraku played a trick on both of them where they thought the other had betrayed them with the end result as: Inu cursed and pinned to a tree, and Kikyo died.. =( . So 50 years after that, Kagome comes along and releases Inu from his curse Kikyo placed on him. But Inuyasha, though he thinks at first Kikyo betrayed him, he still loves her, But since Kagome is Kik's reincarnation, he falls in love with her too.
