  • it big because it's not made in china!

  • If I found one of these on my car, I would put it on a police car. That would be hilarious.

  • I'm the classmate of Obama, Bush, and Clinton and they attached one of these under my truck. Some smart person might find my address and remove it for me.

  • I wish I would find one on my car\truck, I would put it on a semi truck, let them track that lol.

  • Why is the FBI using gps yes they catch bad people that's good but for good people WTF

  • My hope is that every 96 people who have commented on this video read the George Orwell book: "1984".

We need to protect personal privacy & freedom or we will lose it forever.

The New American Media dought commm

  • Wtf is this retarded shit if she was exposing a fbi operation wouldn't they just come kick down her door at night and label her a traitor and send her too guantanamo bay.

  • This is clearly a warrant is necessary situation. It is a violation of your private property which the 4th Amendment clearly states as such. The Founding Fathers might not have had the concept of the automobile, but they had horses with saddle bags and horse drawn carriages and a car is no different. Courts going back to the founding of this nation have ruled searches of horse's saddle bags or a carriage violated the 4th Amendment. This is no different except the means of transportation.

  • A warrant ??? what the hell is that ?? You mean they would need a court order to allow this invasion of privacy ? What a novel idea....I bet free Countries adhere to this idea....too bad the U.S. doesn't .

  • GPS devices don't have E.lectronic S.erial N.umber's

asigned to them. No more than a walkie talkie does.

The FED's lying only makes them look even more biased and guilty.

I just can't believe the 9th circuit believes the B.S.

    I bet the Feds spray-paint live rounds blue;

and then call them dummy rounds. (LMF@O)

  • Please CC The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

  • The board isn't intrinsically safe. Period. So if you put one under a car,

your gambling with another U.S. Citizen's life. AND YOU DON'T PULL

THAT B.S. HERE. NOT IN THE YOU-Es&s-OF-A. Car's are made with

all recieve&transponding equipment inside the carrige of the car or trunk.

If a car is equiped with factory OnStar, the brain is inside the car.

Not dangerously close to active pressurized fuel-rail line's. Or subjected to

the weather. But don't worry... if it goes wrong; they'll cop to it.

  • Ok, I guess citizens can put them under the cop cars since it's not illegal.

  • Is it a GPS device...

Or just a cheap cellular phone to evesdrop

    on car convo-?

Is there a Cell phone technician

    in the house?

  • Moreover if your a Towing Co. (Esp. in Richmond,CA.) and you've involved yourself with crooked Police officers to obstruct justice, steal cars and defraud the DMV then

    your probably a retired Cop.

  • The Pleasanton CA. Police Dept. uses these illegal devices.

That is until they were caught in the act.

Then Pleasanton Police Chief Micheal Frazier resigned.

So if your a cop doing this...

your going to lose your job.

  • unconstitutional

  • Everyone check your cars and if you find one take these simple steps;

    Crush it.

    Shit on it.

    Box it up.

    Send it back.

  • @hydroponikroniksmoke HA! Very nice :)

  • For the future - look to the past. Search Dr. Pierce Butchering of Ukraine

  • Can anyone say Big Brother?

  • we are losing our power as citizen more and more every single day. soon the power will only be hold by the elites. and the rest of us become slaves.

  • Nazi America

  • God damn, I just found a tracking device in my cheese burger.

  • Comment removed

  • Thank you for this important information.

  • hehe, I'll simply paste the tracker under my neighbor's car lol, or mother in law

  • How can you find them and dispose of them?

  • The FBI are traitors to the american people.

  • Who is that one person who doesn't like this, the FBI? LOL!

  • Strange. They still need bumper beepers in the US? Dont they have a surveillance by radarsystems as in Germany? See chapter

    Messungen-->Messungen der Überwachung mit Radar

on my homepage, click the flags for translation.

The only thing installed in my car was quite clumsy, leading to a loss of 10 liters of gas tank capacity. The manual said 56l, mine had 46l. Must have been a complete radar system allowing to spy on the whole surrounding of the car when I was abroad. Without me knowing.

  • Welcome to the police state. Are you awake yet America?

  • if i find a device on my car i'll place it on a squad car or maybe a tractor or passenger plane or a boat or an animal or mail it to antarctica.

  • So the FBI is following Prius drivers around all day long, lol.

  • seriously they couldnt build one just a little smaller?

  • Then again, anyone on the left who complains shouldn't be surprised. Instead of listening to idiotic, meaningless slogans ("change" ... :o), they should have studied Obama's record as a senator: he voted in favor of every oppressive surveillance law, including the Patriot Act I & II and for the prohibition of strong encryption.

  • Other than that, obviously the FBI should have a court order for surveillance. It should be easy to get against eco-terrorists or Islamo-fascists. That it is precisely the Obama administration that ignores legal safeguards against government surveillance is not the least bit surprising.

The really funny thing is that these left-wing eco- and islamo-terrorists probably supported Obama's election. Oh the irony :D

  • "Environmental" "activist"? More likely EXTORTIONIST and TERRORIST, if she's with Greenpeace or ELF. Those guys are FASCISTS who already do not respect other people's rights, so they're the last ones who could complain. If they were in power, they'd probably set up a Gulag for all those who don't agree with their idiotic ideology.

  • @AmadeusPower lol

  • How do you know it was the FBI?

  • Stalin would be proud. Bravo USA yet an other tyrannical device which would have made the KGB jealous.

  • @Tonkadude1001 Yes, Obama & Stalin, same thing. We warned about him, but a lot of people didn't listen.

  • I check under my vehicles at least weekly.

If you find one, remove it and take it to your local police station.

Tell the local police that someone has been illegally tracking you and give them the device.

By doing this you can not be charged by the FBI for destruction of property or obstruction of justice.

  • @MrHurricaneFloyd - Someone who finds such a device on their car might take it off and attach it to the bottom of a government vehicle instead.

  • @MrHurricaneFloyd - Someone who finds such a device on their car might take it off and attach it to the bottom of a government vehicle instead. That way whoever was monitoring its location would still be seeing it moving around.

  • Who else is going outside to look under their car after this video?

  • this shit is fucked up but even worse its true...and no one in american news media covers this shit

  • very well put

  • Can't Stop Won't Stop!!!

    Keep Smashin Loved 1'z!!!

    ~All Power to the People~

  • STRONG ACTIVISTS

  • If I found one on my car, I'd probably take it and attach it to a greyhound bus somewhere. Let those suckers track that thing all over the country for no reason whatsoever.

  • @freespace2dotcom You would probably get arrested. LOL

  • Why should I have to do anything; ie turn off my GPS? Laws were enacted TWO HUNDRED YEARS AGO to protect my privacy against illegal search and seizure; to keep the F-ING government out of my business. Wasn't that enough? *I'm not the head cashier at the local walmart, but it seems pretty simple to me...

  • @dondrews And you honestly trust the gov't to honor those laws?

  • @Xenoclaw ...only if some corporation makes money off it...

  • TO THE OWNER / THERE SEEMS TO BE A GLITCH HERE. The vdeos will not load any further than the first few seconds.

  • Hang on a sec - most activists ride push bikes

  • If it tracks you its Unconstitutional if you are in the Army you are in an unconstitutional branch as this is a standing army. If the Fed does it...prob Unconstitutional the states were suppose to have the power and control over these congressman and senators that we elect to do what we say at a federal lvl...Now they do whatever they want and now the local gov is bought as well

  • I'm sure it's true, but I'm sure Russia does the same thing lol. Russia Today is a propaganda machine just like american new networks, take it's info with a grain of salt.

  • @lurasman Nice to find another kindred spirit here. RT belongs to Putin and his goons.....

  • If I finde such a fed tracking device under my car, like the one being reported, I'll pry it off and immediately destroy it!!!

  • Well, THEY can already track you over the cell-phone (if you have one). They don't need to put such a device under your car. your Cell # is enough they need to know and even that is simple...

  • Can't track poor activists ;)

  • who are the real criminals here, its obvious who is the 'gang of thugs'.

welcome to reality people, they have done this for many years. i hope you don't think this is new for the government agents its NOT!

they are always tracking you and untill they are given orders to stand down and allow the people the freedom they deserve this type of unlawful behaviour will likely continue far into the future untill a true solution is found that stops these armed and dangerous gangs from doing business.

  • Damn! Alyona is HOT!

  • Does anyone find it ironic to have an article about FBI spying in the US by a Russian state run media outlet?

Things that make ya go HUMM?!?!!?

  • yes, this is what the people want....what happend to the war on terror...oh wait..it's a war on the american people...oh no regulation...that nice...hey look the FBI is at it again..thanks Obama for your brainless ness to not kill the patriot act which isn't very patriotic...

  • I thought that they were fighting the "war on terror" but it looks like they are using it for political purposes. Our founding fathers would not have approved of such actions.

  • take it off your car, and place it on some long distance traveling tractor trailer. lol.

  • FBI - Freedom Bustin' Idiots.

  • @RBLA818 Damn well put! Thumbs up!

  • getting better and better... is she talking about Romania in the comunism time?... nah, they didn't have sophisticated stuff in that time, but they sure knew how to get you by the balls for no reason or just a little reason that you're against the government. GOOD LUCK, AMERICA!

  • Your founding fathers would turn over in their graves if they knew what was being done in your country to citizens who are supposed to all be created equal.

  • fuck all the world's governments! THEY are the problem!

  • Fuck the president. He's so anti American, it's not even funny. I'd rather be free and deal with a little "terrorism" than to feel a little safer and not any freedoms. All the safety I need is in the 2nd Amendment.

  • Comment removed

  • freedom won't be free for long. oops, freedom is actually not free at all. it'll cost you: privacy, money, power, sweat, tears, blood, life, lifestyle, etc.

  • Seems like a lot of trouble. Why don't they just use your cel phone?

  • america - LAND OF THE FREE!!! yah, SURE...

  • So whats the law on removing it, and attaching it on the neighbors, or another persons car?

Is it illegal to take it to the zoo, and throw it in the pit that surrounds the lion exhibit?

Are we allowed to send it back to the feds office? They may think its a pipe bomb, sorta looks like it!

I have a garden gnome I would like to send around the world with a camera and get pictures, I could drill a hole in the bottom, put in gps set up. Wonder if they would be as excited as me on it whereabouts?

  • that one unit cost the tax payers alot of money

  • They were doing this to Ron Paul supporters in 2008. Jesse Ventura featured one woman who was tracked by GPS after she was at a RP rally in 2008'ish.

  • where under the car are they put? I want to see if I can find one on my car...

  • guess time to use bicycles!

  • @Buy7ya i wonder if they will use miniature tracking device for it too...

  • One day when a scumbag fed is installing one under a car, as he slides out from under the car he is going to get the bottom of a boot in 3D and no he doesnt have to pay admision.

  • @deepwater1974 it aint dudes in suits and sunglasses like in the movies that install these, they hire regular people, regular joes...regular civillians who are fucking brainwashed into thinking they are serving they country, we are just as retarded(if not more) then the civilians in germany in WW2

  • @deepwater1974 Which will land your ass in jail, as it should!

If you had a legitimate complaint, you'd call the police.

  • @AmadeusPower No need for em.

  • @AmadeusPower Fuck the police.

  • @deepwater1974 haha Nice! These scumbags need to slip out from under that mind control.

  • we all make homebrew ones and stick them on their cars and see how they like

  • Is there any electronic device which can detect that someone else put a GPS tracker under your car?

  • I'm sure this would never happen in Russia, right comrade?

  • Constitution? what Constitution!??!

  • @gothatfunk

GW used it for toilet paper.

  • first
