    My new pc I built is pretty good, but i only get 60-70 FPS on my benchmarkm :(

    could the fact that in running windows xp x32 be a reason why its running slow?

    this is my pc

    AMD Phenom II X4 920- 2.81 GHz

    4 GB of RAM

    Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP 3

    Direct X 10

    ASUS Motherboard (I don't know the model of it at the moment, but it was last years "2009-2010" model)
