assuming you use sony vegas to edit, right click the video and unclick maintain aspect ratio.
it will fit the screen then.

@dAMMM0 naa i use movie maker live, lets me upload and publish my videos faster anyway im using my crappy nVidia graphics card in this because my "good" AMD one decides when it wants to work properly witch is 0.97% of the time
