Gotta love the PDX Soapbox Derby! I was standing right there... You'd think people would be moving out of the way when the thing starts losing control, but alas, the guy with NO INSURANCE thought he was perfectly safe.

The crash was initially caused by a spectator who threw a water balloon at the cart, causing it to lose control. You can't see it on the video, but year can hear the impact.
