his speed run isnt anything special. its tool assisted meaning he could make 1 second of game play span 10 minutes to time everything perfectly. you can also set one key to do any more using the macro feature. all it did was take lots of time not lots of skill. sure I commend him for taking the time to do it but its not a skill really.
