I had a similar great battle in Lyon, I was heavily outnumbered and was on the verge of losing, then I called an airstrike on a bottlenecked bridge with virtually the whole CPU army on and it was obliterated. They were forced then to go through the one indestructible bridge in the centre, which is easily defended, one of my funnest battles!

@chimchar68 You know, there is this great program called BOOTCAMP where you can install windows xp on your mac. That's exactly what I did and it played Company of Heroes just fine. Just make sure your specs are ok to run the game. Also, Macs aren't meant for gaming, the only thing they aren't meant for, so stop complaining, and pick the computer that best suits you.

@chimchar68 I have a 2006 Mac and I haven't noticed any lower performance. Bootcamp was just a suggestion so you can play the game. It worked just fine for me on both OS's and I thought you could benefit from it.

hey guys, theres a insanely well made EASTERN FRONTS mod that even THQ are talking to the makers of it for a German SS brigade or something of the sort i know its already happening and EF is already out well made russian mod FTW beware easy Ai = Hard Ai in EF. :D so unfortunately no italy yet or japan. only GERMAN, RUSSIA, ENGLAND, USA and PANZER KRIEG (german+1) are out atm.

ive been reading a lot of the comments on here and a lot of you have got your facts wrong.

1 )never say russia was poorly equipped. the T34 tank was one of the best in ww2, the PPSH was a really reliable gun and the moisin nagant was made in 1891 and is still used today.

2) without russian help we would have lost the war.

and 3) if america had attacked the russian then the world would have been different as there wouldnt be one. and the waffen ss disbandeded in 1945.

tbh right, im british as well but without the Russians things would have went a lot differently. Hitler had to split his forces into 2 so there were 2 fronts now. Imagine having just 1 front. I'm not saying Germany would've won but the war would have lasted lots long with much more casualties
