Aang is too childish (and too young!) for Katara and also doesn't have the depth that Zuko does. Zuko and Katara have better chemistry and most Kataang fans don't realize that Katara and Zuko can have a REAL relationship whereas Katara and Aang can't because the dynamic between them just doesn't work.
