uhm is it good to speak english in montreal ? but i speak french also but i like speaking english better ..so will it cause a problem ?

Du moment qu'on peut vous comprendre il n'y a pas de problème. L'anglais est généralement compris là-bas mais le mieux est de s'exprimer en français pour être mieux vu et s'intégrer à Montréal...

En tout cas je comprends très bien votre écrit, vous avez plutôt une bonne orthographe.

Ce serait une chance pour vous d'y vivre, vous pourrez améliorer votre français et découvrir une culture différente

@selfmutilation100 Just to clarify things, you will not have problems getting anywhere in Montreal if you speak English, but if you go out of the center or west side of the island, you may need some French, since not everyone speaks English and yes the signs are in French, if you go to a store, you might be greeted in English first (downtown) and Cinemas and even bookstores or newsstands have a better English selection than French, but if you want to work here better speak French too!

Cool Montreal looks beautiful, i've been interested in Canada for awhile as my ex martial arts instructer was a Canadian guy & he would tell me about Canada and the places he lived & had visted, he came from Edmonton Alberta i believe...yeah anyway Canada is on my growing list of places i'd like 2 visit in the future.
