protesting against businesses for being successful, you all are really fucked in the head..do society a favor - shower then get a job, fucking hippies
Another one of the early circles. Upfront on the Broadway side. No gates or large police presence yet. Much more freedom and space. We were not a threat yet. Great vibe. Drumming is a form of non-violent civil disobedience. It unites people of all races, nationality, age, sex and color. It motivated and made people feel connected to the movement. It is now ILLEGAL to drum in or around that park. Why? Because they do no want people united, becasue they know we can never be defeated
@jeustor they don't want us to figure out the truth. We used to know, but evil is here now and as long as we are against each other, evil will thrive.
@jeustor: I suspect the reason it's illegal has a lot more to do with it being annoying after a while. A couple of days of that, in a city as crowded as NYC, will make a lot of enemies.
@dooberheim in a crowded and noisy city like Manhattan? Cars, garbage trucks, construction, etc. all day and sometimes all night. Yeah maybe the noise would have been a problem if it was a marching band or something. A few drums was less the noise factor, and more the energy it stirred up in people...or not..
@harrylas100 This WILL go global. If it doesn't the whole world is doomed forever. The stuff going on in New York right now is too real for it to pass like anything else. People are truly starting to wake up, this is the birth of the revolution

Banging on drums shirtless is no way to be taken seriously as a protester.
