Update as of 9/1/09 - 73 "regular size" pumpkins harvested, 20 or more still left in the patch. Six to Eight 50+ pound Big Max still growing and 2 giants that are 100+ pounds.
Well to be honest I'm not sure which are the Atlantic Giants and which are Big Max at this point. The plants have overlapped a lot. Next year I will do a better job at keeping them sorted out.
Do you buy your seeds from Howard Dill? If not I recommened it!

I'm growing Big Max and none of my pumpkins are more than 7 inches in diameter. Is that abnormal for this far into the growing season?
