This was a Godsend! I have a friend who's brother passed away suddenly and I offered to cobble together an image nest of photos set to brother's favorite music. I'd used FCP once or twice and managed to do the sequence, but had NO idea or prior experience using DVD Studio Pro. Your "Creating a DVD" and "Burning a DVD" videos just happened to show me everything I needed to know. Kudos and I will definitely subscribe!
one question, you didn't say what is format for......can you tell me what does it mean by current source in format? I just want to burn a SD DVD no menus, as my files are in the desktop I have to put desktop?
This worked perfectly! THX But the files are using memeory on my internal hard drive
(2 .5 giigs so far, burned 3 dvd) Where are those files? I'm looking but I can't find them. I have 8 more dvd's to go and I am down to 17.49 on my internal HD on my Mac book pro. Please help!
Lately when trying to burn a disc in DVD Studio Pro I will get a message that the formatting has failed. The message reads - "The recording device reported the media error: Unknown device error. (0x0C, 0x00.)"
Does anyone know what this means and what is the cause?
If your DVD does not play it is because you have chosen HD DVD and NOT SD DVD in the inspector. Play this vid back and watch the vid at 3:15 to see the correct selection.
I followed all your instruction on how to burn your video to a dvd. Once I tried playing it on my dvd, it said, "Check DVD" or "DVD Error". I tried playing it several times on different dvd players but it won't work. And I used a DVD-R. Can you please help me figure this out?
When I burn my film to DVD it looks a lot less professional than it did when I played it on Final Cut, it looks like a home movie! Even when I color correct it looks almost sped up or something? Any suggestions on how to make it look more like it does when I play it straight from Final Cut?
I can't get DVD Studio Pro to run on my 2011 MBP with i7. Is this a common problem?

Your mention of the underscore in the space between Zack_Movie: does that have a significant meaning?
