i read the short Taiji 's biographie he wrote, it's so sad .He said they were best friends , just a quarrel about money again , yoshiki was very busy and said : Please quit! During the live , everyone knows he 'll leave but they didn''t want to talk about it with taiji , they were so sad they did'nt say a word! The end of X , the beginning of x japan.
It was Taiji the bassist's (the one in the cowboy hat) last concert with X Japan. He and Yoshiki (the one in the white) butt heads a lot so he ended up leaving the band. It was sad. He's, in my opinion, one of the best bassists in Japan. The replacement Heath doesn't/didn't even come close to Taiji's talent.
no offense to yoshiki but he was the reason why taiji left X. yoshiki was band leader,manager and main writer of X due to that he had all the power in the band but taiji always argued w/ him because he paid him unequally prior to taiji's role in the band and yoshiki always says that he did all the work in the band, but taiji insisted that other members must be treated equally due to that they all contribute in the band but yoshiki insisted that he was right so that's why taiji left X.
in the band taiji,pata and hide was always the ones who are closer on the other hand yoshiki and toshi were friends since kindergarten. for the record (no offense) but yoshiki IS the real reason why taiji left X.
