@peron75 i've experience with the same kinda todo-list FAIL and i found it very usefull sorting it by urgency, with 1 list saying "Sa., 19.03.2011 To-Do", others saying: "SOON" (next 2-6 weeks) others saying "MIDDLE TERM" (like, next 2 - 3 months) and then the long-term objectives etc. THATS how it works for me. additionally you can add a "importance-label" to each task, like A is very, F is very low importance.
