  • lmao, love the typical 70's chase scenes and general cheesiness.

  • A real nuclear Hell meltdown. The De Bel gets a Brazilian wax job.

  • OMG I AM ON THE UPLOADERS COMMENTS! THANK YOU ALL!

  • I was about 11 and I grabbed the chance to watch this when my parents were busy one night. It really did scare the shit out of me. I can't remember the ending but I know there was something that really freaked me.

  • I remember Ernest Borgnine promoting this movie on the local ABC affiliate's morning show, and I seem to remember ads emphasizing that the makeup effects were by John Chambers, who created the makeup effects for Planet of the Apes.

  • I saw this film way back when on Easter Sunday, while helping my ma bake a ham. Not something you would want to watch during a meal, but it was fun to see such a perverse cast (BILL SHATNER! IDA LUPINO! ERNEST BORGNINE!?) in such a low budget flick. With the help of Anton "Lawrence Welk of Satanism" LeVay as assistant director, of course.

  • W .T.F cap. kirk vs anton lavey YES!!!!

  • it looks and sounds pants, but then it is a 1975 film lol

  • PG!? THIS LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD BE FRKN RATED R! LOOK AT ALL THE VIOLENCE!

  • @themegagamesgamer lol. It was really scary. Haven't seen it in like, 25 years or something but I still remember that it was terrifying.

  • KHAAAAN!

  • This looks interesting!

  • The Devil's lame.

  • fuc this movie, its good and scary but its satanistic american bullshit!!!

  • @peterscoop Oh come on, you take this waayyyy too seriously. Anton LaVey participated in this, and since he was actually the leader of the Church of Satan back then he mustn't have taken it all that seriously.

  • this movie is reaaaaally a true horror

  • another classic movie with william shatner! shatner was also in Incubus! lol

  • Dad hired this when I was 8 or 9 and I've been after it ever since. I so gotta buy this film!

  • ernie borgnine was scary in willard!,this movie scared the crap out of me as a kid!

  • HAAAHA Anton Lavey is in that , wtf? I never saw his part

  • Hmmm they advertise the movie with its ending?!

  • @MajorStupido Hmmm indeed

  • @MajorStupido advertise the movie of what?

  • i seen this movie at the drive when i was 5 years old, It scared the sh## out of me. Ernest Borgnine was so spooky.

  • ROFL at 2:19, that explosion shit that guy up.

  • damn old trailers are so boring LOL

  • holy shit, lavey is in it?

  • Ernest Borgnines the man!

  • The melting part was kind of disgusting .

  • 1:25 to 1:31. This dude would make a great receiver. lol Thanks Steve.

  • Holy fuckin' Shatner!!!

  • This movie was fucking twisted and it did have an incredible ending!

  • Kris Kristofferson & Tom Skerritt are brothers !

  • good movie

  • hard out!

  • what a fuckin movie!!!

  • hey moron, anton was in rosemary's baby,he played the devil idiot!

  • i bet the devil's foot smells like he stepped in dogshit

  • is it just me, or is anyone reminded of The Omega Man in some way

  • Those devil cult movies were huge in the 70's. LOL

  • I would love to see this movie be remade but not with a bunch of stupid young actors, no cheap CGI effects and absolutely no PG-13 rating!! I also hope there is no name change to it either.

  • Discover the true meaing of "waxing."

  • i saw the sequel "Obama's Rain" and all of MSNBC were the worshippers.

    Keith olberman's face was melting

  • Someone should make a flash-animated spoof of Shater's Preston vs Borgnine's Corbis - Shatner calls down some phaser fire from the Enterprise, but Corbis has taken control of Sulu (Sulu's eyes go black), who lowers the sheilds; then a posessed, dark-eyed Stringfellow Hawke, flying Airwolf, fires a nuclear-tipped Shrike missile at the Enterprise, destroying it.

Then they take Shatner, he does the scene where he makes out with his mom (yuk), etc, and then Eddie Albert saves the day, etc.

  • OMG. Ernest Borgnine was there

  • @cyb004 EB is/was an LV BROTHERHOOD member..it's no surprise he is in this film..nor that the film is called "The Devil's RAIN" .

  • holy cripes, ANTON Lavey! how absolutely awesome, i didn'

t think he was in any films?

  • Anton, you should be ah shamed uh yo self!

Whatever possessed you, pun intended, to work on this since it promotes the christian version of satanism, that the devil is an acutal being and we satanist want to rule the world and kill people.

I invite all of you to read the Satanic Bible to get the real truth of what satanism is. Unless you're too scared to. You'll then see that it's merely impowering oneself to be the best that one can be and not be some simple follower of some man-made god.

  • Hey, I'm sure he got a nice check for his efforts and had a blast doing it. And the Satanic Bible is a must read.

  • he also was in rosemary's baby. the money he got from these films helped him start the church of satan

  • He wasn't really in Rosemary's Baby at all and he appears in the Devil's Rain for one split second!

  • I think there is reasons why he was in it..because the trajic can be a thought provoking aspect to earth and the devil is most appropriate for the basis role of this evil. with enouph thought and attempt the blasphemic energy will grow and chaos will be restored to this damaged and deeply disturbed place we call home... it deserves. everything is broken and misguided in such a far off extent I think he joined in this film to do just that and spread despise, in whatever way it may be.

  • Looks like la Vey is having fun with it- such a bullshitter!

  • I remember back in 1978 when Saturday Night Fever was still running very hot at the theaters. They tried bringing this movie back to the theaters, and putting in bold letters on the front of the theater"STARRING JOHN TRAVOLTA",even though he was in the movie for about 1 minute.

  • thanks for oosting this man.i love this movie and have not to see this trailor before

  • ahh william schatner, this movie made my brother and me laugh so hard

  • I saw The Devil's Rain with my parents at the drive in when I was 8 years old. They thought it would be okay because it was rated PG.I am 40 years old and still can't watch it at night.

  • This is hands down the best fuckin cult movie of the seventies....Classic shattner acting....also has john travolta(his first movie ever)and tom skeritt...directed by bobby fuest...did dr. phibes flicks...and anton lavey appears in it several times and acted as adviser.....masterpiece i tell you...you can buy this flick on dvd for 7 bucks on line....HS!!

  • 1:33-1:38 - LOL! The ghoul in the backseat wasn't even doing anything. She was sitting there, minding her own business.

  • If it wasn't for the special participation of Anton Lavey this film might have sucked.

  • Yeah, Anton Lavey totally saved this flick. Without his incredible acting skills, overpowering charisma and tiny goatee it would've been a total write-off.

  • here is some useless triva, John Travolta was one these ghouls.

  • I saw this movie when i was 13 when it came out and it scared the shit of me!

  • It's a true story about a small town PINE, Arizona. The souls are still trapped there.

  • Pinetop Lakeside?

  • Cool movie, it was sort of corny, but it was still good.

  • fuck ya the best god dam b horror movie of the 70's with shatner melting faces anton lavey ever made ...hail satan
