the guy that i was in love with broke up with me and went to Florida and almost had sex with another girl, and did things to me at school to bully me, and made me afraid to go to school, im afraid to forgive him for that, and lately ive been really upset about it and could feel god turning away from me, now i know why and i forgot that i should forgive him if i want to be forgiven. this will be hard, but im guessing i have to :/

Blame is the MOST Bitter altitude I have ever seen in a person. The Bible speaks of it being like a sore that won't heal. Prayer, patience, understanding, Love, and the peace of God that passes all understanding will keep your heart and mind. If I can't get along with someone, I try to keep a distance from them. When we don't label people we give place for them to change. Some will never Change, Some will. But when U forgive U allow them to change, and U become a stronger person for it.

Excellent. Very good teaching and so true. I bin a Christian some 26-27 years. A few yrs ago a family set out to destroy me, inc attacking me and my family; wasn't and erm, still isn't pleasant. I entered confusion and all manner of unpleasant emotions, but I realized I was being tempted to not forgive and I was being enticed into a destructive trap of the evil one. Eventually, I resolved to forgive them, pray for them and bless them, and God DID bless them! After many months, I was free!

2. The nasty family are as bad as ever, but I am freeer than ever. In fact, so free that one day I stopped praying for them because I know my prayers were answered and the freedom that I entered into remains and has continued to grow. This is what I prayed "Lord, don't forgive me any more than I forgive them. Bless them more than you bless me. I mean it!". Now I can't sing that Hillsong song line from "Majesty, Here I Am", "forgiven so that I can forgive" without having to wipe a tear away.

I've seen a few of your videos and this is the 1st time commenting. I enjoy the manner in which you read and share the lessons of God's scriptures which He's clearly laid out before us of how important it is to love and forgive one another our debts and trespasses. Jesus taught us that He was not sent to change the law but to teach us how to live by it. He was our living example, who died in order that we might live eternally with God in heaven. Praise God! Amen! Strong Message here sister! If one can not forgive, one then harbors the bondage of resentment, anger, shame, wrath, and so on....... It is much harder to truly forgive (and forget) than to just say we forgive, it involves much more effort than making the statement alone. The LORD provides the means needed for menkind to learn forgiveness, but it is still a choice which must be adhered to once made, in truth :)

To forgive your fellow humankind is to love God how is that so, humankind is made in the image of God, so if you say you love God but hold say a little wrong against you in your heart, you would brake God holy law of love, eveyone one of God laws from the OT to the NT is trying to get humankind to be like its God and Father, to forgive and love each other.

See Jesus said there was once a man who owned a lot of money to a King who asked him to pay back, but he could not, the King wrote it off

It's amazing how big of a stumbling block unforgiveness is with our relationship with our Father. As hard as it is sometimes to forgive someone when it's done the weight that is lifted from our hearts is far worth it and we can allow ourselves to grow further in our walk with God.
