@PAPILLION71 it's not done by just punishing those men in the most terrible way possible. the problem is less that the punishments are not hard enough. it's that these guys really BELIEVE what they do is right. here is where something needs to be done. show them how raping hurts a woman, make clear that this is not a method to save their land, just a cruel act of violence! this is much more effective and humanic than castrating and blinding somebody?
I was deciding on wether or not to do a masters degree loosely based on 'women and peace'. Seeing this video just cinched it for me. These women and children need our help so much. I wonder why the rapist soldiers don't understand that by raping these females, they are destroying their own communities. they are undermining their own lives as well
