@MrRuneSand you know i just went back and read all the shit you've put up and I've come to a conclusion: It makes no goddamned sense pedophilia isn't legal in Norway and you are an asshole
I'm still waiting to hear the masterpiece, "Once I was in love," in that beautifully simple piano style created by Neil. I've only ever heard it on a bootleg, Neil Young Live at the Roman Coliseum.
Thanks for this information, HonzaLong ... but I just checked out "Homefires" lyrics on Google, and, unless Neil sings those lyrics to the same tune as the one I heard, it is not the same song. I know for a fact the song begins: "Once I was in love," a line that doesn't appear at all in the Homefires lyrics. I remember this because in my Kent, UK band, our french horn player, Jenny Martin, absolutely adored this song. Signing out "confused?"
That's the one. Thanks. The deliciously childish piano playing at the beginning and throughout the piece is another mark of Neil's brilliance. I recall at Barking Town Hall -- I was there cuz our trumphet player pimped for the LSO -- Neil coming into record "A Man Needs A Maid." The LSO was so impressed that he played WITH THEM. Most rock musicans lay their stuff down after the precise timing of the LSO. Neil's a consummate musician, a beliver in the live, and a treat for all of us.

Some visuals and sounds forecast Neil's Philadelphia sound.
