  • cute .. like your clip .. keep it up =)

  • these 2 motherfuckers cuss out

  • Entone --- COPY of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant still operational in Bulgaria ... do you understand or do I need to repeat ...

    Producing electricity right NOW ...

  • this was meant to stop russia from using its scalar weapons on the USA.

  • LLJKotaru --- Chernbyl copy still exists in Bulgaria and is operational to this day , and it is producing electricity. OK .

Latest Russian nuclear power plants received AEIE safest design. in Nuclear technology , OK . Iran is getting this design. Busher.

  • @aviomaster Chernobyl(notice how thats spelled) is in Ukraine. It still DOESN'T produce electricity as the last reactor still online was decommissioned on Dec 15, 2000. Iran is also not not pursing the same design. They are using the much safer VVER Russian reactor design. All four reactors at Chernobyl were the RMBK reactors. Stop spreading ignorance and fear. At a minimum at research whatever you are posting about in a encyclopedia/wikipedia before you continue posting lies.

  • The February 2010 issue of Popular Mechanics magazine has a good article on this disaster. Interestingly, the 10 turbines had a 30-year design life. the one that failed was 29 years 10 months old.

  • BigBananaMan --- Chernobyl nuclear power plant was not safe design ,

Accident happened casue stuff did not practice safe working temperature , REad a bit more ,, NOW NEW nuclear power plants in IRAN and couple have been build in CHINA ,Russia , Bulgaria are safest in the world.... BULGARIA today runs Chernobyl design , Nuclear power plant , and it did not explode ... OK ...

  • The French are the masters of nuclear power. Older soviet designs that the countries you listed use are NOT safe. Any older reators were retrofitted after the accident but are still no where near as safe as a modern reactor.

  • I hope you guys can get better maintenance for your machines. I feel sorry for those who lost their lives and their families.

    John T. U.S.A.

  • Why is it that Russia has such brilliant physicists and chemists but has always been so lacking in engineering. Leading to many catastrophic accidents like this one, Chernobyl, numerous Mayak accidents larger than Chernobyl, submarines, rockets, etc.

  • It's not always so much engineering as maintenance. Though I too must confess; all the Russian engineers I know now live in America.

  • ты такой бред написал. лучше бы оставил видео без комментария.

  • They were first into space and have put more people into space than USA without as many casualties.

  • Stefan Timoshenko was a Russian engineer who immigrated to the US after the Revolution. A brilliant engineer, his 70 year old textbooks are still considered valuable references.

The Timoshenko Medal is named after him.

  • Damn! that thing its huge, feel sorry for the lost people, my most heartfelt condolences pace from Mexico.

  • Que desastre! Alguien hizo mal su trabajo.

Buen video, ahora ninguna tragedia ocurre lejos de una cámara.

  • 2wash256: and nothing will change in this century

belive me... i was born 60 miles from Chernobyl ;)

  • Horrible... about twice as many killed in this disaster as in Chernobyl... :'(

  • Comment removed

  • Damn 60 miles is awfully close, just hope it wasn't the Homyel region...

  • BBC News was show this video as part of international news. Great video!

  • 64+ people were killed ;(

  • Well, that's russian "technological thought" + lack of maintenance + incompetent employees.

Just like at Chernobyl 23 years ago - nothing has changed...

  • @mkbosner :( ugly but more ugly is to watch this video and ti listen at this those people laughing...such a ignorance int hie world of shit!
