The break arm is adjustable so u can stop it at any angle you want.

should adjust the stop wood so that the catapult slings it around 45 degrees maybe 40 so that ull have some more arching in it to fire over peeps

if you were just a bit clever, you'd know that the curve should be 45 degrees when it hit the stop stick. It would give the longest throw.

one major flaw if you want distance...the arm hits the stopper so late so the object geting shot wont get enough hieght to get the maximum distance

I think any store with a sporting goods section. I got mine at the Walmart in town. The diameter is 0.785in.

It will vary, but should get between 50-80 feet.
