the very ending? mathews got killed b/c of rigg he didn't learn his lesson of goign through unsuccure doors. art was going to let hoffman and mathews live with the relase of the button when it counted down to "0" and riggs lesson was that he couldn't save everyone and when it hsowed hoffman lurkin around teh same buidling as lyn did jigsaws surgeory it was saying that as saw 4 was going on, so was saw 3 so they were happneing at the same time just from dect whats' his name's P.O.V.
