there are 3 funeral home i wouldn't use in cairns and this is one of them. i'v been to plenty of funeral over the last 18months and been to 2 funeral by this firm. the most UNPROFESSIONAL thing i'v seen is the lady funeral directors "janette" crying at both funeral, and i bet she didn't even know the deceased. and the best part is that all the thank you card they hand out where wrong. but with all the things they do wrong least there are better then straight cremation and far northern funeral

I have been to one of the funerals they did, it was so lovely and they did such a wonderful job.
