Car quite ok, but who let this driver do this...things.. There are few more gears, not only the 1st one.. And drifting is not only pushing throttle to max.. You should start with engine 0,650L in Fiat 126 in winter.. ;) You just don't know how to use such a power..

Heres what you need to do to it:

Get differential that has a good lsd in it

Straighthen the rear camber angles to 0-0.5 degrees. You will get more traction in straight line and less understeering.

Set front end caster to 4-5 degrees. This will make the steering harder but the car will go better straight and dynamic camber angles will increase and it will reduce understeer.

Cosworths are designed to be used for fun. I have the V6 2.9L 24v, tuned to nearly 300bhp and 250 ft·lbf torque. It doesn't sound like this though ^^
