Dont ask me why but I mixed it up. Mugen originally belongs to an corporation, therefore dowmloading it is illegal. What I meant to say about the homepage where I got it, is because it was deleted. Every "how to get Mugen video" on YouTube sjows you the Webpage and if you go there you get a weird screen instead of an Mugen-site.
