Connie Nielsen was real sexy in that film and yes Ice Harvest was an underrated awesome film directed by Harold Ramis. Cusack, Nielsen, Thornton, Quaid, and Platt did an excellent job in that film.
because it is a movie that people, hmmm, how do I put this diplomatically, people with higher IQ's will enjoy viewing. It certainly isn't your average commercial Hollywood grind out. No, this movie actually has a little thought behind it. I Very much relished this movie as it is a pure delight.
talented actress like Connie who also happens to have exceptionally sexy legs. And Harold Ramis does indeed take full advantage by having her wear those super sexy stockings and then proceeds to film her legs in a prolonged scene giving the audience plenty of time to study and examine those perfect legs. And John Cusack's scenes with Oliver Platt are pure enjoyment. Perfection. I'm hoping it is going to be on soon. Usually it is on this time of year. It didn't do well in terms of box office
This is one of those RARE movies that is soooooo damn good yet hardly receives any recognition except from you intelligent people that comment here and I might also add that you all have exceptional taste. And I am being dead serious. I friggin love this movie. So much fantastic dialogue captured. And the ever delicious Connie Nielsen looks even more delectable in her stockings. It's so rare that you find a director that takes full advantage of a situation where he has a smoking hot beautiful
The first song is Little Drummer Boy, arranged and performed by David Kitay (don't try to find it, it was recorded for this movie and isn't even available on the soundtrack). The second song is Trouble With Dreams by Eels.
One of My favorite movies and I love the trailer. I'm gonna get this movie.
a great movie to watch on christmas or any time. when i was watching it,I thought it was pretty funny then when i finished it,I thought...this movie was not bad, pretty good to me.
Great! another hit for Christmas message lol and now here comes johnny lol reminds me of Bad Santa I love Bob in any movie, he rocks. Oliver could not be funnier is great anywhere and Randy Quaid, helarious!
the first song,i think,is a other version of 'the little drummer boy'..the movie looks really good, poor john cusack,he gets hurt a lot in this movie..^^and looks soo good
okay, i know this comment is old but i felt like i had to respond. "Mellisa" in the movie is actaully played by one of my classmates! i just looked up the trailer to see if she was in it, but no. she is a child model/actress, and has only been in this movie, but she was in a few magazines and a mcdonalds comercial. awesome huh?
@imurfav i totally agree. the ending really messed my head up like the movie swordfish did. i didnt expect that 2 happen at all. love it. lol. but the very very end i was like wow that was so nice of charlie. "where r we, we're in heaven, do they have pancakes, they have everything"
Well the song that starts at about 00:46 is called "Trouble With Dreams" by Eels. It's a good song and music video. I hope that that was what you were talking about:)
A lot of this movie was filmed in Waukegan,Illinois...The opening scene is the bank in downtown Waukegan..and several other scenes were shot in and around town...Blues Brothers, and Planes Trains and Automobiles and one of the Batman movies were also shot here...
