• McCain, witty, Huckabee, flat...

  • Wow this video highlights how dumb some republicans are. They cheer and clap so loudly and for so long at an insult that huckabee made.

  • Yep, McCain could have won if he would have used the good judgement and the pleas of the people and picked Huckabee as his vp. Huckabee had the best advice for McCain during the election but it fell on "deaf ears" and McCain lost. I really believe folks were scared of Obama and Palin also scared them of voting for McCain. Therefore, Obama won.

  • I think he asked Huckabee several times but Huckabee said no.

    Several times.

  • Actually he was never asked and would have said yes.

I voted for Huckabee, and I think he would have been a good candidate. But he would not have helped McCain as veep as all his novel ideas would have to have been shelved and all he would have been able to do would have been to beat up on Biden in the VP debate.

This was not Huckabee's time, maybe in four or eight years he will have more of machine.

Reagan took time to develop to you know.

  • wow mccain say it aint true u taking others words saying it now puppet charlie mccain brown

  • If you don't support Fair Tax you don't understand it. Read Neil Boorst's two books on the Fair Tax and you will agree, this is the singlemost thing that can help our country's economy in the long term. Don't criticize what you dont understand. Huckabee has his finger on the pulse of America. He is about vertical politics and yes it is different. It's politics for the people, issues that will help ALL Americans not just republicans or just democrats....check him out. He will be back....

  • Fuschia, Please read Neal Bortz's book on The Fair Tax You don't realize how much you are now paying and the hidden costs in what you consume. This is the singlemost thing to help the economy. With the Fair Tax in place, large Corps. won't be going out of the US to save paying taxes and we will have so many millions more jobs in the states. Also forces illegals, prostitutes, drug dealers, gamblers, etc, to pay into the system. We'll save billions of dollars eliminating the expense of the IRS.

  • Oh, great; the 'Huck is advocating not mobilizing for war....cause...umm...lowering taxes down so far takes away money from the war machinery.

  • If you like this, check out my two polically charged videos:

    Video Proof of Global Warming!

    And the sequel

Global Warming 2, Danger: Code Yellow!

    (both very short)

  • Funny how he doesn't say what the FairTax actually IS. Read fairtax dot org... But also read the FactCheck site's opinion and the Wikipedia article.... u know what? Just google it. You decide for yourself. Do you want a national sales tax, making gov collection mandatory??? Sounds like a Democratic policy to me, not a Republican one. Huckabee confuses me... inconsistent much?

  • huckabee kicks ass!! XD

  • how so? He claimed to be a preacher and didn't know Jesus entered politics. He claims to be Conservative yet he raised taxes increased spending .but cut the rent the embassys of other countrys payed to his state.allowed Illegals that went through his highschools to get Scholar ships while denieing them to United States born Students.think about that ..your kid is denied a scholarship cause a student from panama can compete for the same one.that your tax dollars fund

  • That's one reason I WILL NOT vote for Huck. I am on hiatus from college because I'm working to save more money to acutally pay for it.. I would be pretty pissed if my federal and state income tax money was going toward a scholarship for someone who's parents didn't even pay into the system, and they get a nice cheap ride into college while I'm STILL working to pay for it.

  • He's great, love the midwest wit

  • A candidate should not be selected for his wit, but for his knowledge. From reading his website, I think the guy is pretty naive when it comes to foreign and monetary policy. I don't trust a guy who dodges serious questions with witty diversions.

  • huckabee supports an unconstitutional war with no end, you seriously think you can bring stability to the region with force?he ignores this administration pursuing a NORTH AMERICAN UNION which will eliminate the constitution and this country, he ignores the problem with giving a few people control of our money, the Federal Reserve which robing people through inflation. Alot is at stake do your research and you'll see RON PAUL is our only hope.

  • got my vote!

  • I defintiely did my research... I liked Huckabee because he wanted to get rid of the IRS. Then he said he'd replace it with the FairTax. Cool. So I looked up the FairTax. Not Cool. It DOES reward saving, but it penalizes consumption... well families need to consume. The fairtax is not family or consumer-friendly. I do not support a 30% sales tax. I AM A CONSUMER! I prefer someone who wants to replace the IRS with NOTHING!!! Who, I wonder, would do such a thing?

  • This guy kicks ass !

  • coming from a non-american: I think you guys should vote Huckerby. This guy seems to have his head screwed on and actually has plans to back up his ideas. There is something about McCain which is suspect for me, I cant put my finger on it. If the main running is between Huckerby and McCain, i know who id vote for.

  • EXCELLENT POINT. I completely agree with you (i'm american though, but I can't vote. i'll be a month under the voting age in november '08). VOTE HUCKABEE!

  • How old do you have to be in America to vote? Over here in England its 18. PS Sorry i spelt Huckabee wrong!!

  • you have to be 18 here as well, but I turn 18 on December 17, 2008. The elections are in November of 2008, so I miss being able to vote by a month :(

  • funny how the rest of the world cares how we vote.. I should check out whats going on over yonder in parliament and give them all my expert suggestion right away.

  • lol please do!

  • Well the rest of the world probably thinks it's funny how the U.S. gets involved in all their affairs, but can't even solve their own economic and "moral" problems. The "United" States has a strong effect on the rest of the world.

  • I am tired of divisive issues, I want things to get done. We need someone to make a difference.

It seems like the R's want to make immigration the wedge issue this election. Last time it was abortion and gay marriage. When are the R's just going to run a campaign without creating a wedge issues. They don't seem very moral to me. If voters weren't so stupid, they fall for these political tricks every time.

  • Obama's been on the same shows as Huckabee. I prefer Obama because he is younger and represents my generation. He also has the ability to get D's and R's to listen and come to a consensus on things.

  • Huckabee McCain 2008!!

or McCain Huckabee. Huckabee has more pull with evangelicals with his strong moral stance and financial conservatism. McCain has the foreign policy credentials and strongly agrees with his financial policy. Seems like a good team.

  • Huckabee is hilarious. He has that ability to draw you into his conversation just like Sweet Willie did. It's a shame because he probably wont win but he has the most experience in running a Government, seems to be the most sincere with his faith, and hasn't flip flopped on anything. In fact he has been one of the few on either side to actually propose answers to problems as well as state his position even on sensitive subjects. He's got my vote.

  • "He has the most experience in running a government."

Doesn't mean he's right. Our economy isn't doing too well. If he keeps us in Iraq, we'll have to keep printing money. A Huckabee administration will lead us into recession. As would any other candidate who would waste hundreds of billions of dollars in a quagmire - to (try to) be fair.

  • "Doesn't mean he's right."

So we shouldn't count experience for anything then?

  • Unfortunately, I think he will win. And worse, Huckabee will be Obama. Running for president is a popularity contest, people decide their based on issues last, personality first. Huckabee has an awesome personality. I just hope when he is president, he makes a good difference in our lives. I hope he is a great leader and will represent us well around the world.

  • I meant to write Huckabee will beat Obama.

  • Huckabee wants to sacrifice American troops for honor. Watch his exchange with Ron Paul in this same debate.

  • From all the videos Huckabee is the best and Hillary is the worst. Obama is the only democrat of quality. Rudy is ok and Ron Paul has some interesting ideas.

  • Huckabee is the best candidate in my mind from what ive seen from him so far.

  • Have you watched any other candidates or just Huckabee videos?

  • I've watched them ALL. On both sides. From my observation, the only candidates I consider real or authentic is Obama and Huckabee. I'd vote for either.

They seem to show they have good judgement and a wisdom that cannot be learn through seasoned experience, but wisdom that they are born with.

  • That's the same results I get ikzupin. Obama for the Dems and Huck for the Rep. Then if you just go by experience, their ability to actually put forth their stance on the issues, and their courage to actually go and do real interviews and not just celebrity talk shows...then it's Huckabee.

  • I love Huckabee, and I'm not a Republican. He is the only authentic candidate on this side.

  • He's authentic because he's funny?

  • Ron Paul 2008.

    Never voted to raise taxes.

    Against the IRs.

    Against the Patriot Act.

WAnts to Abolish the Federal Reserved

     RON PAUl 2008

    SAVE AMERICA

  • LMFAO!!! This guy is funny!

  • Huckabee ownz

  • huckabee looks like nixon.

  • there is no mumbo jumbo about the flat tax, its exactly what it implies, flat, fair and for the people

  • The Flat Tax is a terrible idea that will actually increase American's tax burden.

The IRS has capitulated to the facts established at losthorizons dot com that paying individual income tax is voluntary.

Know The Law. Know Your Rights. Don't be fooled by Flat Tax Mumbo Jumbo.

  • Huckabee is absolutely right. The Fairtax puts the power back into the hands of the citizens of America. That's where is should be.

  • "we didn't lose the 2006 elections because of Iraq"

    Yeah Right...
