gerberfletch u start by just placin it on ya head to try and keep it dere as long as you can den u move onto chukin it up just above your head so it can come down at a slow speed and land den u just try and keep it dere den u move onto chukin it up from a footcatch once again just above ya head so u can cushoin it onto your forhead thats how i learnt it anyway personally i think uve mastered it when u can run wiv it on ya head
