already managed to make an aluminum cartridge 8X57mm, why do not you try? the bottom you can epoxy (molding is difficult but you have better tools than me).

How do you build them? List of material? where do you find schematics for gun part?  Also, your next challenge should be Magazine weapon and AUTOMATIC! That be real nice (Like an MP5 or MP44 if you want WW2 weapon

yeah. you fold a regular piece of paper length wise and glue the inside. take the excess glue out, bu not too much so it wont stick. then fold the paper and let it set. do this like 10 times, then take the paper and glue em together.

do you actualy have or need a lisence to build these tpyes of gun? because i know in most states, that an object thats using any type of gun powder to fire a projectile in anyway is considered a real working fire arm, no matter what the velocity is. ive made some but i never leave the house with it lol
