SPOILERS!!!

A) Denny's just died and she's admitting guilt for cutting Denny's L-Vat wire, doing that placed him on top of the transfer list.

B) In an earlier scene, when she goes to let Denny see her in the dress, she gets on the elevator to do so. The season 5 finale ends with her getting on the elevator in the same dress to, supposedly, meet Denny and cross over. She sees George instead and doesn't get off the elevator.

because denny was on the waiting list for a new heart, and by cutting the wires denny's condition has gotten worst so the guy gets a better chance at getting the new heart faster but results weren't that good, cuz he still died after he had gotten that new heart!

You know, not for nothing, but EVERY single time I see this episode.. I cry my eyes out. The part when shes with Denny on the bed talking about how she should've changed her dress and her crying.. she's an amazing actress. And when she's walking toward them at the beginning of this video.. her expression is like dead.. she is so sad.. it kills me. I love her and I love Denny.. they were awesome and it breaks my heart.
