I just stumbled onto the whole starseed thing a few days ago. I have been doing research on the process and trying to gain as much information as possible.

It seems some people are experiencing some form of 'demonic' or dark activity after going through this process. Does anyone have any experience with the activation process that can explain in more detail the feelings and experiences that take place after completing the exercise?

My hara center opened in 2002 2 years after the opening of my crown chakra . I have never done any exercice for it to happen. I had to do research for both events as I did not know what was happening. The only thing I ever done in my entire life was felt love from my heart (extremely strong) since I was a litle girl. My life is full of interesting happenings. I only talk about it to whom I feel will be interested. If any of you want to have information I will be happy to share my knowledge . jc

Great exercise but it goes to fast.  I kept having to rewind and replay. My suggestion is to make this exercise the length in which is does take to actually go through it. When you say leave your hands somewhere for five minutes, then let the music play for five minutes and let the person actuallly take his/her time. This is too rushed, especially since you have to read it.

I would suggest that the music continue playing and someone actually walks you through it, by reading it to you.

Can you point me more specifically in the direction of where in the Alice Bailey material the Hara teachings show up...I'm curious and would like to read more about it. Isn't DK the "being" channeled in the Alice Bailey material? I haven't found much else on Hara alignment other than in the work of Duerckheim.

@capacity2008 I am going to assume that this is a sincere interest in learning and not just being argumentative. Dürckheim is also a great source. Others include Joshua Sone, I AM University & The Wingmakers. As far as Bailey, Hara, the Seat of the Soul and the Higher Heart are mentioned in several places, including The Rays and the Initiations, and, I also believe, in A Treatise on the Cosmic Fire. If you are interested in Master DK, start with Blavatsky.

@capacity2008 Part 2: Since you have Akido on your page, I assume you have read Ueshiba and know of the Tan Tien, which lies on the Hara Line. These individuals all understood that this knowledge goes back a long ways. It is not something new or can be credited to only one source, nor do we claim it. Good luck on your journey.

This process and technique goes back to Alice Bailey and Annie Besant of the Theosophical Society, who in turn developed it from the teachings of Dhwaj Khul.There is much more to this technique than just what is said in Brennan's book.
