I found a replacement tube for $9. You might be able to find cheaper prices with some more research. Please let me know if I can be of further help. Thanks for commenting on my video!
The tube is a (1/4) 0.25 in. tube for information in case you decide to purchase it separately or for the tube clamps. The Carbon filter can be purcahsed separately later for $19.95 at REI (or possibly cheaper online) if you prefer. This still does not include the tube however.
The Katadyn Hiker Pro Replacement filter $33 (amazon)
Sea to Summit Ultra-sil Dry Bag $18 on amazon
Wide Mouth Nalgen Water Bottle $7-$10
You will need to get a plastic hose from somewhere like usplastic for the outlet
NOTE: This is the cheaper option but requires some research on where to get the hose from. The tubing clamp is an option for this one as well obviously.
Plus a tubing clamp (either the Dura-Clamp or Keck Registered Ramp Tubing Clamp from usplastic). This is completely optional. I use it to control or stop the flow of good water from the filter.
The Katadyn Hiker Pro MicroFilter (complete kit) $60-$70
Sea to Summit Ultra-sil Dry Bag $18 on amazon
Wide Mouth Nalgen Water Bottle $7-$10
NOTE: This is the most versatile option because it give you extra parts you can swap out like the plastic outlet hose that the replacement filter does not come with and the carbon filter (I only carry on weekend trips where weight isn't as much a concern). This is obviously the more expensive option.
I never intended this gravity filter project to be from scratch. I did this to convert what I had (the Katadyn Hiker Pro Pump Filter) to, what I prefer, a gravity filter. I had an old Nalgene laying around so this only cost me around $22 for the dry bag. I am sure you could purchase a similar gravity filter for much less. If you would rather purchase one ULA used to make one called the H2O Amigo (not sure if they still make it) and Katadyn makes the Base Camp ($60-$70 online).
I apologize for the delayed response to your question. I am currently deployed to Afghanistan and don't have daily access to the Internet. I will check it and respond as often as I can. My videos will be more military in nature for a time obviously but will return to normal upon my return. I apologize for any inconvenience.

How much would it cost if you didn't have any of these parts?
