I just got back from another cruise, and I noticed that almost 60% of the American cruisers are over weight, and they still gobble up food from the Lido deck. Not healthy but fries,burgers, and all sort of food. Some of them could not even sit in the chair. That is very unhealthy. I think most of the Canadians are more into healthy eating and exercising. Obesity can be eliminated, if they watch what they eat and do more exercise, like walking or running. there is not excuse for obesity

canada is the total opposite. im underweight (16 and 120LBS) and thats average, i own my own car but i choose to walk two kilometers to school even though i can drive myself there and i usually choose subway if i have the choice for fast food. there are very few obese people even tho we have the access to all the same things as americans but you would think there would be more because healthcare is free!
