He is in a stage of , thought lands the eyes follow, body lands the legs follow, legs land the hands follow. If I am not wrong, he was in his 90's when he performed this routine.

If you look up, "The Shaolin Praying Mantis18 Collection Set" that is the set that my school teaches, and it is 100% internal. I just learned it about a week ago with Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit :) (Different Master Wong though)

I don't think WHF had any form perfromed in clip,the only WHF in film was he presented in his retirment party,I took that film,have you seen this clip before?
For his age, I think he is doing very good! However, Mantis is a very demanding form.(not for old men) If you say he can own you at that age, you might as well give up kung fu!
