This was on Feb 21st I think. I climbed it the day before with a guide (that I bribed). It was spitting rocks that day so we only made it to the refugio at 4,000m. Banos was partially evacuated the following week I believe. There were lahores that blocked the road to Riobamba. Lava and rocks were going 1,000m down the mountain. Great place !
