Yeah, but Kobe had a set foundation in the Lakers, alot of good players which gave him leverage to win those games. He didnt have to learn the team plays, since he was already an established Icon. Gasol? Fisher? Odom? Artest?. Its harder getting a ring when you leave your team to go somewhere else and get a ring there. Shaq getting ONE ring without Kobe, is already enough to say how good he is as a team player. Shaq > Kobe anyday. MJ > NBA
