i think you don't have to with the newest version as it multiplies it for you. but the problem with the cheat engine is that it only works with a very limited amount of games, most of them have some kind of protection against programs like these.

Most flash games run in 8 bytes that why he multiplied x8. I don't know what your playing that on but if it's a normal pc game or emulation then just keep it at 4 bytes and search it.
