@MrMaxcori Even though your statement may be true, it's pointless. Do you think that posting something like this will influence the way he rides? Or the way anyone rides? If you ride then you are aware that trying to convince a motorcyclist that what they're doing is dangerous...it's similar to trying to convert someone's religion.
I owned cbr 600 rr and then 1000 rr .I was crazy too because it was so much fun .Now with time and experience i m much more scared than before about the danger .I m not god of course so i dont expect that my word is followed ,with my post i want only to share what time teached me and maybe i give a point to reflect .That s it thanks
hey guys im thinking about getting a cbr1000 jus dnt know what year. any good years yall now about? and is it hard to do wheelies on? cs thts like my favorite thing to do
Hay that's my wheelie hill too. It can't be both ours. So lets flip a long wheelie from the drive from the housing project as far as we can go, Then who does the longest gets to clam the place for good. Fair deal, Or what ?. Never mind I found a better spot today, Just 10 miles from there.BTW you have a nice bike. I ride the bike with the yellow helmet, Just encase you was wondering who that I am.. Ride safe, yl
hey bro you think its ok for me to start of in a ninja 10r??? im going to a 10r one day but i mean its that bad then 6r would be good too...what do you think?
@2cool0 get a 600, they still do 160+ or so and lap times are only a few seconds off the liter bikes, they're plenty fast and easier to handle. Honestly, if you go into a dealer with no prior riding ability, you will get laughed at for the thought of needing a liter bike, 600 not so much. 600's are great bikes and still overkill for the street in most cases. i recommend learning in the dirt first, crashing sucks less and your technical riding skills go through the roof.
@2cool0 moneys always the bitch. I surprised i still have a bike with tuition ripping me a new one. well good luck getting a bike, and nothing wrong with buying a used one, it's not a matter of if you'll go down, but when. Don't want to destroy a brand new (expensive) bike, lol.
hey, are u wheeling from 2 or 3 gear? =D ive just manage 2. gear wheelie now.. but my record is like 5secs only.. hehe =D been practicing maybe for 1-2 hours =p

how are you liking the 1000rr? i really want one, i have a 07 zx6r and i remember racing a fireblade like yours and he just popped a wheelie and waved mid wheelie leaving me in the dust lol, but i just wanna know if 600's really have that much of an advantage in the twisties, all my buddies say to stick with my 600 cause if i get a 1000cc i won't to be able to keep up at all, anyone have any input on this?
I got a CBR 600 F1 after I passed my test and loved it, when my brother in law viewed it he promptly went out, passed his test a got a freekin Fireblade. I said be bloody careful or you will kill yourself on that. Several years later and he's still going strong thank god.
Hey Bro I commented on your other video about a ninja 250....but I reconsidered and I am gonna buy a CBR 600....now im a new rider do you think it is an ok move...and also I am 5 foot 9 do you think I could fit the bike fine??? thanks for the help and awesome vids

@MrSaleezy What if you don't have the money to buy a 250 now, and then to upgrade later on? @yzfrone I agree 100% I learnd on a dirtbike if that counts, but then again I've been riding since I was 3 years old. soo my personal opinion is a 600 or 750, because of my height lol... But yeah 250 is a good learning bike for like 2 months but a 600 is nice smooth and comfortable. Next year I'm going to be getting my license and my bike :)....
Got the same bike, and even the same reservoir sock, lol. But I've been trying to do clutch ups on mine, and it kills me because I feel like I'm tearing up the clutch trying. I used to do power wheelies on my 600, but this is a whole different beast. Any tips?
@yzfrone Other way around brother. All the close calls i've had were with clutch wheelies. Clutch almost killed my friend. Power wheelies on a 1000 are the way to go. I can throttle wheelie my '06 1000rr easily in 3rd, bring it up nice an slow to the balance point then hold her there until I run out of pavement.
@steel27272 i've been riding for almost 12 years now and have a cbr1000rr now.. i would HIGHLY recommend something smaller to start, one of my first bikes was a honda cb750s (nighthawk) a 95 and it was the PERFECT bike to learn on. you can get them for fairly cheep too. great bike, really responsive and a really nice time to go out and carve. AND you can wheelie the shit out of them in first and second once you get used to dumping the clutch. did 145 and it feels like 165 on my rr.check um out!
@MS3boostin yup haha, still got mine too ;D - can't seem to let her go. Still prestine condition, go out and unwrap and start her up every once and while. turns over once and brrrrrr. love that bike, so many good memories. my rr has been nothing but trouble.. freaking fuzz won't cut you a break now-a-days.. give you a ticked for farting.
@steel27272 i am 15 years old, 5'11 and i started on an 07 R6. the bike will only go as fast as you pull the throttle. just ride to your limits. you should be fine. the only downside is, one mistake with the clutch or throttle, even the brakes, can cost you your life on a 600. 250's are much more forgiving
I just got a 04 r6 I'm just starting to learn wheelies:)

one of the best vids i have seen. i started on a 86 vfr 750 a couple months
ago, sold it, bought a 98' vfr 800, and now cant wait to own 1000rr. i am
really curious to know what the difference is going to be. my brother bought
a 2001 vfr which is radically different but growing on me fast. the front end
feels really heavy cornering at slow speeds but at faster speeds it turns in
great. i have popped a couple small wheelies and am wondering how hard
it is to wheelie like that. is it easy?
