Popular evolutionary scientists Dawkins and Hawking refuse to debate with creationists who are SCIENTISTS, such as the scientists at ICR, The Institure for Creation Research. They only debate non-scientist creationists. Read my popular Internet articles: HOW FORENSIC SCIENCE REFUTES ATHEISM, ANY LIFE ON MARS CAME FROM EARTH, and WAR AMONG EVOLUTIONISTS!
NATURAL LIMITS TO EVOLUTION: Only evolution within "kinds" is genetically possible (i.e. varieties of dogs, cats, etc.), but not evolution across "kinds" (i.e. from worm to human). How were species living and reproducing if their reproductive system and other vital organs hadn't evolved yet? Read my Pravda Internet article: WAR AMONG EVOLUTIONISTS! I discuss: Punctuated Equilibrium, "Junk DNA," genetics, mutations, natural selection, fossils, genetic/biological similarities between species.
I cannot understand what the C&C boys fetish is with "Origins". If you read the history of scientific exploration in Darwin's time you'll learn that Darwin was the first to realize evolution and articulate the process, but he was not the only one who figured it out. Alfred Russell Wallace ring a bell? It is clear that if Darwin had not propose the theory, eventually someone else would have. Darwin was brilliant, but evolution is too powerful to go unnoticed.
You are right. Your examples illustrate an intuitive knowledge of evolution. Darwin and Wallace had the great insight to apply this to nature and offer an explanation behind it.
I completely agree with your arguement. aloth i felt u were a little wrough on the poor creationist fools. A very strong arguement for you was ur "brain washing" segment. wasn't the WHOLE world before darwin forced to believe in eligon......also religon says if ui dont believe it.....u die :(.(excluding isolated tribes)
You appear to have caught me in error. However, right now I can't watch through my video - browser's being weird. Could you tell me why you capitalized OPTERYX? Did I misspell something?
@TheWildMagic No the capitalization was simply to used to emphasise OPTERYX beccause in your video your annotation called it and ArchaeoRAPTOR (again, emphasis) and I though it looked more like an Archeaopteryx which was a genuine transitional form.
I really can't stand it when creationists say "Ya Know, Hitler believed in Evolution!"
I'm always like "So? How does that make the theory wrong? Hitler was a vegetarian, so does that mean you're a Nazi unless you eat meat?"
It just really shows how desperate Cameron and Comfort are to make the theory look bad!
They coud've probably cut 49 pages of their intro by just writing "If you beleive in Evolushun, then yor a total GAYLORD!" in felt-tip pen on the inside cover of each book!
Oh yeah, he was appealing to the masses AND NO ONE REALISED HE WAS FIBBING! If people believed that, they wouldn't be believing in no Bible! They'd trust no one!
Wasn't there once some guy who posed a Televangelist and made a fortune, then confessed that he was just an atheist having people on?
Now, I'll agree that it's wrong to take advantage of people like that, but at the same time I think it's hilarious that no one questioned him because he basically told them what they all wanted to hear!
This video is great. Every Issue i had with their video you addressed here. I posted on their channel with the same arguments (more than likely it will be censored) and was wishing someone made a video to rebut agianst then and 10 seconds later.... i found this. Keep up the good work.
TheWildMagic, why are you so upset with Ray and Kirk? We should be THANKING them!
In fact, I propose we do precisely THAT!
We should thank them profusely, at length, and by name, for giving us the idea on how to best celebrate the upcoming anniversary that happens in less than two years.
We would put said thanks as the DEDICATION of our 50-page intro to our own Special 400th Anniversary Edition of the 1611 King James Version of the Holy Bible, to be released in 2011!
Christians have a higher number in prison, higher divorce rates etc. Noone needs to be rounded up and shot, people just need to think logically and try to refrain from making ignorant comments.
Thomistica is Christianities poster child for intolerance and their true belief. Whomever doesn't believe in their myth, just like islam, they show contempt.
I am intolerant of those who are intolerant of Christianity in particular and religion generally. (The simple fact that they lack faith or practice another religion doesn't bother me much, actually; I am actually tolerant of that.)
Then you've shown your own hypocrisy. Atheist does not mean Christian-hater. I personally have nothing against Christianity.
If you have issues with an intolerant atheist, take it up with that person. But don't label us all, unless you wish me to judge all Christians to be as intolerant and hypocritical as you.
I am an atheist married to a christian, 20 years and going, how's that for tolerance. Religion is poison, and the atheists I know are far more tolerant than any christian
Give us a reason not to dislike christianity. Your faith is responsible for ironically many things that contradict your own beliefs. If you didn't ignorantly lie, spread propaganda and aggressively attack atheism, we wouldn't aggressively retaliate.
Any man who calls another man a fool shall be damned to hell fire! that's in the bible too! hahaha Marda, if thee is a hell, then I guess I'll see you there!
Mardawheel12, yep! Just one (well, two, actually: Psalm 14:1 and 53:1) of a DOZEN places where the KJV Bible (more in some other versions, e.g. the NIV) says this four-word phrase, intact, with no intervening words:
"There is no God."
That's what quoting out-of-context REALLY means. It's also how Ray and Kirk quote Darwin, how Ben Stein quoted his souces in "Expelled," etc. etc. etc.

I could not agree more.

@raz357 If you're talking the history of evolution you could go back thousands of years to when cattle and live stock were selectively bred.
Or straight up human eugenics with the Spartans.

1:15 that looks more like an ArchaeOPTERYX which, in fact, IS a valid transitional fossil.

My personal favorite rebuttal to "Hitler believed in evolution" is "he also believe in GOD".
Of course, they deny it and say that he only pretended to be Christian to please the masses, but by that logic the Pope isn't really Catholic.

hitler didnt believe in evolution...
mickeykozzi 2 years ago
Well, I'd say it's debatable whether he did or not. It's also irrelevant!
If Evolution is false, like Ray and Kirk claim, then there would surely be sufficient evidence to prove that!
But they don't have enough to fill up 50 pages, so they fill it up with this crap that Charles Darwin was an Angry, God-Hating, Misogynistic Nazi!
We could sit nitpicking every fault that Sir Issac Newton had, but that wouldn't make his Theory of Gravity any less real!
