LMAD is not the longest running game show in history. The 27 years he mentions is the time that passed from the December 1963 NBC premiere to the 1990-91 version, which Bob Hilton hosted, and he was kicked into hosting to try to boost ratings. LMAD aired from 1963-77, 1980-81, 1984-86, and 1990-91 first-run. This doesn't count Fox's Big Deal in 1996 and NBC's ill-fated 2003 primetime version. Carol Merrill was only on LMAD from 1963-77.

There is a video on here back in the Dumont days showing Monty Hall as a game show host for a Bingo game show in the early 50s.

For one year, Monty Hall was the television play-by-play man for the New York Rangers in the 50s.

The 1969-71 ABC nighttime version does exist, almost. ABC nighttime shows from 1970 and 1971 have aired on GSN in the past.
The 1971-77, 1980-81 (Canadian Version), and the 1984-86 Syndicated versions do exists.
More than 500 episodes of the ABC daytime version exist (and could be more).
