he does. trust me. i have taken his retail sales training...the training doesnt have to apply specifically to retail. i work as a manager in inside sales currently and i have used his techniques to make my team STRONG. check out the book "no thanks, i'm just looking" and every single thing that he says will make sense in there. there are a ton of takeaways from that book

I am not sure I agree with the way he speaks about sales and consumers needs. How can just one person think he knows what to do to make money in retail and assume he has the answers. ?
