  • what song is that?

  • Clean as fuck!!

  • the car of all cars.

  • nice car plymouth 58 is my favorite car :)

  • gorgeous

  • What is most unbelieveable? a perfect 54 years car or a digital camera in 1958?

  • you own one of the most beautiful cars ever made!!! this is my personal dreamcar! :)

  • i love every inch of her, someday she shall be mine <3

  • she is absolutely stunning man, i'm not usually into the christine'd versions, but this is BEAUTIFULLY done, which engines she running?

  • I'm gonna buy one of those one day and i'm gonna make her run like a dream.

  • Hey do you know where I could find a 58 fury or belvedere 2dr hardtop, with pushbutton auotmatic? in need of a restoration with a title for $2,500-$3,000? Ive seen some but never jumped at the chance.

  • wats the song playin called nd by who

  • @xGHOSTx05 Who Put The Bomp - Barry Mann

  • @Fiume156AR Close, It's the version by the Viscounts.

  • where do you find these cars

  • Incredible restoration. You are an artist.

  • @borednesslife No not an original. I wouldn't have done the "christine" thing to her if it was. When I got it, it was a very dishevelled 57 savoy.

  • Jelous doesnt even scratch the word i want to say!

  • Beautiful car!!!

  • I love that movie!

  • there was one on my street for "5,000 OBO" needless to say, she's gone ;'(

  • for god sake man, if your smokin a cigar DONT drop the ash on those mint condition seats, I'll check in from time to time to make sure your still kickin'

  • Sir, great video. Now WHERE DID YOU GET THAT CAR?

  • @belleisfat He Tamed her

  • gostei,;D

  • Very nice car. I'm restoring a Chrstine clone myself. Rebuilt the engine. Has yet to be painted. Nice job.

  • Watch your back, man. I heard Buddy and Moochie were lookin' for you.

  • SHINY!! :)

  • does this car have seatbelts?

  • @CrumpKid2k No, they wern't a legal requirement in 1958. They're also not easy to retrofit at there is no B pillar.

  • @Marcoscazzer So It Is Legal To Drive You Just Have To Be Safe?

  • @CrumpKid2k Totally legal to drive. You only have to pass an MOT containing the things that were on the test when the car was made.

  • @Marcoscazzer Do You Know Where You Can Find One These Days?

  • @CrumpKid2k Yup. Restored or Restorable? How much do you want to spend?

  • @Marcoscazzer

If i were to get a Plymouth Fury that i could restore, where would be the best place to look? I've look on the internet but so far no luck.

  • @Imperialguardftw Depends what yer really after. If you want to do a "Christine" then don't start with a Fury. There are 2door Hard Top Belvederes and Savoys. They're findable and affordable. A real 58 Fury was a rare beast when new (7500 made) and you will pay $75k for a restored one and you wont find a junker.

Belevederes and Savoys, in need of restoration can be had for reasonable cash. They come up on ebay and in Hemmings Motors News.

  • @CrumpKid2k I Am Not Able To Buy One .. Because I Am Only 11 At The Time .. But Im Just Asking .. How Much Would It be For A Restaorable one? And I Am Sorry I Am Only 11 .. Its Just That .. I Have Dreamed Of This Car Olemost All Of My Life .. And If We "My Family" Could Find One ... I Want To Restore It Myself .. That Way I Would Feel More Confident About The Car .. When I Become Eligable To Drive .. So How Much . For A Restarable One .. Just Asking ?

  • What a Pristine 'Christine', hearing the music from the 50's playing on the radio is like going back in time....

  • Whats The Song ???

  • @CrumpKid2k Who put the Bomp by the Viscounts

  • such a beautiful car love the paint job! thanks for the post!!! first class with Christine!

  • song

  • I love all classic cars in Red,especially this one, this one looks beautiful in Red

  • Just some quick things you might want to take notice of, christine should have a red steering wheel not black, and the seats of your car are totally different from christine's seats, but other than that, a beautiful car :D

  • Beautiful Plymouth you have! Great paint finish

  • if only it was playing little pretty one then it would be perfect

  • 'Nice car...

  • do you still own it i love these cars so nice.

i would love a ride one. someday.

  • Back in 1957. my dad bought the only 57 Ply Fury in Providence RI. Nothing could touch it on the street. In 1958 he traded it in for the 58 Ply Fury, as the dealership, putting it up on a lift, tore up the steering linkage, so they gave him a good deal on the 58. He said he did not like it as much as the 57, as it was not as fast. Ho the jersey turnpike, he got it up to 145 on the speedo. He loved that car.

  • A motoring moviestar! love the car and the movie!

  • i'm in love with Christine :)

  • Your car are beautiful !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what song is that, and it sounds more lik early sixties rather than the fifties

  • I would be breathing heavy too if i had a car like that. hell i'd probably drool all over myself. that is one awesome car you have :-)

  • my dad had one like that...so cool! that cherry red paint job is beautiful!

  • how much would it cost to me?

  • @JohnAntonyFortune If I still had her she wouldnt be for sale.

If you wanted to buy one in that condition.....

I sold mine for £20k but i needed a quick sale.

Budget for £25k for a restored one.

  • @Marcoscazzer Damn! That's nothing. £ means pounds right?

  • @JohnAntonyFortune Yeah pounds...so about 30k US $ for a decent one.

  • @Marcoscazzer A couple of years ago, there was one with as price of $74,000.

  • Nice try. cars can't sing. You had the radio on.

  • @trainguy111 Not much gets past you does it eh? :)

  • @Marcoscazzer Lol. Seems like nothing does huh?

  • @trainguy111 you obviously havent watched christine then!

  • @trainguy111 It's a fucking expression, asshole.

  • Gorgeous

  • you lucky sod! I'd give my nuts to own one of these! fair play to you mate :)

  • nice job with the interior most people go with red and white seats but cristines seats were red like yours

  • I know where he keeps it.

  • Sweeeeeeeeeeeet!

  • whats this song

  • @memommy3 Who put the Bomp by the Viscounts.

  • @Marcoscazzer thanks

  • i was born in 77 but I love classic cars like these

  • my G.O.D... this isn't just a car, it's a masterpiece. Take care of it, it's like jewelry :D

  • I saw this beauty 10 years ago, in movie. That was love on first sight. And now, 10 years later, I love her even more. I'm sworn to buy one of these cars. I told myself: "There's almost 5 and half thousand this cars maded. One of them, has my name on it." Now I decided, that I'll buy one, even if I have to sell my own kiddney.

  • She is a beauty!!!! The 1958 Plymouth Fury was awesome....to me it is the most beautyful car ever made. If I would win the lottery I would buy one of these great cars too. I don´t want Ferrari or Porsche...I want a cherry red Plymouth Fury with a white rooftop....that´s what I want ;)

  • Absolutely stunning car! I've got to own one of these some day..... Now i have a 1959 buick invicta she's so fine. Greetings from sweden.

  • Gorgeous car!! I just love the Belvederes. I own one that is Canyon Gold with an Iceburg White top. She is a coupe too. I just have to say though, that you need to put the wide white walls on, it just sets it off right. Nice video!!

  • i want to build a model of Christine of how she looked when Arnie first got her, but I don't think i could bring myself to mes up a cool car like that! Cool video!

  • Its my dream car to own i saw COB 241 on USA E.BAY a few mounths back. I hope in mylife time that though LOTO/EURO numbers will come up. Im 20 so there a silm chance if not ill just try and fine one. Too love

  • @oldschool619619 Where you live?

  • @Marcoscazzer Wiltshire

  • @Marcoscazzer Wiltshire UK

  • What is it like to get parts. Are they really hard and just wait untill they pop up

  • @oldschool619619 There are people and places to get parts from. But its not like restoring a 57 chebby where you could build a new one from repro parts.

A lot has to be restored off other cars. Luckily there are still enough around to do it.

But some desirable bits cost silly money. Full set of 4 bumper wings might set you back over $1000

  • whats the name of the tune

  • @oldschool619619 Who Put the Bomp.

  • Too beautiful. Where did it go in the end?

  • @ScriptWorker Some classic car museum in belgium.

At least she went to a good home

  • @Marcoscazzer . She should be rolling out on the town on friday/Sat night blasing out some good old rock n roll

  • @oldschool619619 She did while I still owned her. :(

  • Wow, that car is sweet!

  • I'd trade my soul to have it back mate. :(

  • I need this car!!!!

  • im thinking about restoring one of these dream cars this summer if I can find one

  • Hey, is that Cuntingham's car?

  • @mrgears why yes it is, I know where he keeps it.

  • @mrgears I know where he keeps it!!!

  • @mrgears she was till she went nuts and killed him

  • that radio is not on!

  • yes it was. It only lights up when the headlights are on.

Very well restored via vintage radio in sale, manchester.

The MP3 player input actually goes through the original radio amplifier stage.

  • oh sorry :(

  • Sorry,,,sounded a bit snippy there.

Still not got over having to sell her. :(

  • oh i understand. its kewl

  • you had to give her up?!

god thats the sadest thing I've ever heard....

  • tell me about it mate.

I got a new job two weeks after too :(

  • I'd love to own a car like that just because of the name "Fury." I don't know why they don't give cars names like that anymore.

    Nice work on the car.

  • Christine is not a Fury.

  • Better tell Stephen King that then mate.

Cos thats what it says in the book, and he made her up. :)

  • In tha book, Christine was a 4 door Plymouth Plaza Sedan or Belveder(I don't remember witch one exactly. But in the movie, they choosed a 2 door Fury model.

  • In the book Christine was a cock up.

He calls her a 58 Fury. Then says she has 4 doors. Then a column shift. Then a 383. None of them correct.

If you read up on it. He wrote the middle first. Then the end. Then the beginning.

He didn't know what car he was going to use when he wrote the majority of it.

He only settle on Fury because the name worked.

  • if i had the money id buy her. then MAYBE sell her back to ya when you had the dosh!! but ive got an '87 trans am eating my money at the mo!

  • mate, dont sell her!! just seen your add on ebay! sell a kidney!

  • If i had anything else to sell mate I wouldn't.

But I been unemployed 5 months now and it's this or the poorhouse.

    Gutted is an understatement

  • how much do you want for her

  • You should have used "Not fade away" by Buddy Holly just like in the movie intro. That would've been cool.

  • I have an MP3 wired into the back of the original radio. It has all the songs from the film on it, plus a lot more. It was just where it was up to at the time. The vid was just an impromptu one take on my phone

  • Huge fan of 58 Fury's, judging by that tax disk she's living in Blighty as do I, i would LOVE a car like that. I am only 16 but THAT is the car i want!

By the way, Whats the song?

  • Who put the Bomp, the Viscounts.

  • she so bueatiful

  • Traumauto

  • Very beautiful Fury! Been hooked on her since watching Christine when i was 5....my main goal in life is to own a 58 Fury decked out with the fire engine red and white top with the Belvedere markings...basically a Christine clone of sorts...but again beautiful car! You have any trouble with the push button tranny? Heard that that particular version is a beast to use....

  • Lo

Push button tranny is fine when you have the cable adjusted right. Its a sod to adjust but when its there its sorted.

When you start her up for the first time in a few days you select a gear and go when she's ready. But after that first shift shes fine :)

  • Cant wait to see her in the flesh ( ooh er ! )

Markvette ( Fellow Yorksyanks member )

  • What a neat car! It must be nice for a car to be able to sing to herself! Just kidding! Anyway, great job on the video here!

    Ken Palmer

  • ahh idk i was hurrying

  • rong interor

  • Maybe, but then again I don't really value the opinion of someone who writes a two word comment and spells both words incorrectly.

  • HA HA...nicely put!!

  • She is so cute !!!!

  • That's a BEAUTIFUL car you got there, man!

'58 Furys are my dream cars.. loved them ever since i first saw Christine when i was 8!

  • Cheers mate :)

  • FURY!

  • Fury, Belvedere, I don´t care.

    Just 57/58 Plymouths! :]

    Wooooooooohooooooooo Christine!

  • I fell in love with that car long ago....

  • My god, they really knew how to make em' back then didn't they... Absolutey Stunning... Maybe if they carried on making stuff like that they wouldn't be in the sh*t they're in now

  • so true

  • I've watched this at least 6 times and I can'r get enough of it!!

  • She looks gorgeous!
