Needs work, but you've got a good start. Try using cl_drawhud 0 to make the health counter invisible.
Also, there is actually a tutorial for making walking ragdolls if you want.

You should use Xfire, it lets you take videos with great quality and there isn't any little watermark/signature thing while watching it again.
